Crayons to Credits was born from a simple yet revolutionary belief: all children can learn, even if they learn differently. Brandie, a dedicated classroom teacher at heart, started her career with a passion for making a difference. After earning her undergraduate degree, she spent 10 incredible years in the classroom, where she saw firsthand the challenges faced by students who struggled—not because they couldn’t understand the material, but because the traditional teaching methods didn’t work for them.
Driven to make a bigger impact, Brandie transitioned to administration, working at a small private school in Jacksonville specializing in students with learning differences. While this experience deepened her understanding of the gaps in the education system, it also sparked a greater ambition to address the unmet needs in Northeast Florida and beyond. That’s when the dream of Crayons to Credits Educational Consulting was born—a bold mission to change the world of education.
At Crayons to Credits, we specialize in supporting neurodivergent students and those who learn differently. Using a multi-sensory, hands-on approach, we help every student experience success and celebrate every win, no matter how small. We are committed to breaking down barriers and building brighter futures for all.
Our team brings over 50 years of combined experience in education, uniting professionals who are passionate about creating meaningful change. Our goal is to be a global resource—showing teachers, students, parents, administrators, and policymakers that learning can be engaging, joyful, and effective. We believe that when students’ needs are met, learning becomes a natural and exciting part of their lives.

We understand that every student is unique. Our curriculum is flexible and adaptable, designed to cater to our students' diverse learning styles, interests, and paces. Our curriculum pulls evidence-based practice from a variety of curriculums to meet your student's needs.
We prioritize the development of social and emotional skills, fostering empathy, self-awareness, and resilience among our students. Our experts have undergone many hours of training to ensure an emotional safe environment for your student. We will also build self-confidence and self-advocacy skills within your child.
We recognize the critical importance of mental health in education. Our support systems are in place to ensure that every student feels mentally and emotionally secure. All our team members are trained in trauma informed care, and have the support of our mental health counselors.
We want every student to understand the importance of mental health and learn strategies which work for them.
We believe in every individual's inherent dignity and worth. Our school is a safe space where all students. We understand the world may not always be built for neurodivergent people, so we strive for an inclusive setting.
We pay close attention to those identifying as LGBTQIA+, so they may feel seen, respected, and valued.
