Brandie is the founder and CEO of Crayons To Credits Educational Consulting, LLC. She received her bachelor's degree from Monmouth University, and her master's in special education from Concordia University. With over 16 years of experience in the field of education, Brandie is deeply motivated by her own experiences as a neurodivergent individual. Her personal journey has inspired her to create an education system that recognizes and supports the unique needs of each learner, particularly those who are neurodivergent.
Throughout her distinguished career, Brandie has accumulated valuable expertise by spending more than a decade as a classroom teacher, followed by an additional five years in educational administration. This combination of direct teaching experience and leadership in educational settings has provided Brandie with invaluable insights into the challenges faced by both students and educators.
At the heart of Brandie’s mission is the desire to create a more inclusive and accessible education system. She is committed to advocating for environments that not only acknowledge but embrace the diverse learning needs of all students. Brandie is especially passionate about empowering educators, helping them to not only meet the needs of neurodivergent students but to thrive in their roles. She believes in the power of professional development and seeks to provide teachers with the tools, knowledge, and support necessary to make their classrooms neurodivergent-friendly.
As CEO of C2C, Brandie ensures that every student receives the high-quality education they deserve in an environment where they can truly flourish. Her philosophy is embodied in her two well-known taglines: “make smart choices, and have a dance party”—a reminder to approach challenges with joy and creativity, and “break barriers and build futures”—which reflects her dedication to creating opportunities and possibilities for every student, regardless of their individual needs.

Over the years, Dr. Walker has made significant contributions to the field through diverse roles, including serving as a self-contained classroom teacher, special education interventionist, respite caregiver, and President of the Council for Exceptional Children-UTPB Chapter.

At C2C, Courtney serves as the billing specialist, playing a key role in managing the organization's finances. She is also known for stepping in to help wherever necessary, showcasing her versatility and commitment to the team. One of the aspects of her job that she finds most rewarding is witnessing the growth of students and seeing their expressions of achievement when they master concepts they’ve struggled with.
